The book I have been reading lately kind of makes me want to
take girl power to the next level at work, and maybe even –gasp- wear pink.
Lean In is
everything I have been thinking and saying about women in the workplace. Like –
to the freaking letter. I am not even halfway through this book yet and I have
nodded more than a bobble head on the dashboard of a monster truck. It is nice to read this and know that there
are many others who think, feel, and say the same things that I have, and are
standing up for themselves in the right ways.
Okay, I think I might need to go home and watch Tomb Raider,
G.I. Jane and other Girl-kicking-ass-and-taking-names-and-just-generally-being-awesome-movies.
